Meet Coach Jocelyn Fredine

Jocelyn Fredine is a Certified Athletic Therapist and distance running coach who works with runners of all backgrounds and experience levels. Her coaching is evidence-informed and practical, with an emphasis on steady progression, clear communication and helping athletes train with confidence. She brings a supportive, straightforward approach to her athletes and a strong understanding of injury management and return-to-run principles.

 

Jocelyn coaches through Skyline Run Coaching, an Airdrie-based company that supports runners locally and across Canada. Skyline offers personalized training, clear education and ongoing communication so runners feel guided and equipped as they work toward their goals.
